I think bookshare.org is the list owner, or freelists--but bookshare administrators made the same request from time to time. smile We've been told time and again that this list should be for posts related to volunteering and problems and questions volunteers have, and that the bookshare-discuss.org list is the one for off-topic discussions. The problem is that one, at least I, want to respond to a post here and am not sure that the poster is on the other list--or, as I said in a post, I think other people on the list might benefit from or enjoy what I have to say--perhaps a little conceited of me. smile As you can see, I'm trying to reform and write offlist--even though I just wrote a similar comment to Dave. Now that brings up another point--one has to write twice or more when one post to the list would reach more people.
