  It bothers me that the list is discussing another volunteer by name. In my 
opinion this might better have been handled by contacting Carrie or Pavi if 
someone didn't have her email to contact her directly.
   It's different if someone invites discussion about their work, but it 
doesn't seem that's what happened here.
