Hi Judy,
I'm obviously not Jim, but I can answer one of your questions. Yes,
if the book you are validating has section breaks instead of page
breaks, do change them. I don't think though, that you are supposed
to convert section breaks to page breaks if they are indeed supposed
to be section breaks. That would, obviously, mess up pagination in the book.
Sorry I have no wisdom about any of the rest. Not that that
restating of what I've been told was wisdom. Anyway...
