Hi Vic,
rar is an archive format. If you have winrar or several others types of
unzipping utilities you could open it. Otherwise, either maybe Dilsia could
resubmit without archiving, or someone who has the ability to unzip this may
have to do the validating. Although if you're eager to work on this file you
could download one of several free archivers that can handle this format.
