Hi Donna, That multiple clipboard thing is kind of weird and causes quirky problems. I don't know how to turn it on or off, or how to use it, so I'd like to hear about solutions too. Mine seems to be off, but I've had it turn on before and it caused JFW weirdness. Kellie
