[birdky] yet another red-necked grebe note

I missed them at Jacobson the evening before last, but had 3 on the
causeway last evening. No need for binoculars as they were roadside. I
also thought I had an Eared Grebe but traffic caused a turn around in
the turn about and the causeway cause was lost. It either flew or went
under and came back up in the late day sun glare.
