Barb,

I get to Jacobson Park via I-75 exit 104.  You probably want to go to 
Cynthiana, Paris, and down Paris Pike to I-75, and then south to exit 104. 
Alternatively you could drive to I-75 directly from Falmouth and then down to 
exit 104.
