Alison and I have been seeing Wood Ducks on Middle Pond every few days. They
have been taking flight almost the moment we come into their view. This
afternoon a pair remained on the pond as we walked by. My image is from the
opposite side of the pond. I have 2 Wood Duck boxes down there and recently
cleaned out all the squirrel/mouse/wren nest materials.
