With the Ohio River above moderate flood stage and still rising I though I had
better get down to look for Yellow-crowned Night Heron nests at Highland Creek.
But I was too late. Water is already flooding that area and I could not get
back to where the nests have been for a couple of years.

So a shortened visit and a meager report:
