Recent rains have formed a few small puddles at
McElroy Lake. Birds seen on Saturday morning include:
Greater yellowlegs
Lesser yellowlegs
Least Sandpiper
Solitary Sandpiper
Snipe
Killdeer

Waltons pond is completely full with only a few
Mallards seen paddling around. A beautiful Coopers
hawk
in my backyard this morning feasting on a small
songbird in a Sassafras tree. Tom
