We are for canceling the Fall KOS Meeting. The virus is rampant throughout the
country and until a vaccine is developed and approved for all we don't believe
it is safe to meet. The KOS meeting are so enjoyable and it is so tragic that
we will miss out on another get-together. I imagine that there will be lots of
Golden-winged Warblers that will greatly miss us.

I'd planned to wait a bit before asking us to weigh in on the decision to hold
an in-person meeting this fall at Kenlake SRP. This time it's different from
the Spring meeting, where there was a lot more unknowns than there are now.
I have heard from almost 10 people (some board members, some not) that they
won't come to the meeting even if we held it in person. A few have said they
would go to Kenlake for the weekend even if we don't have the in-person meeting.
Therefore, I am asking now - should we wait to see what happens with COVID
between now and, say, mid-August? Or should we cancel now?
Thank you all for sharing your opinion on the matter. We need a quorum on this.
