Slows me down. I bushhogged all day, yesterday. Deliberately left one 4 acre
field very ragged. Giving the birds a choice of cut low, medium or high, or not
at all. We have so many different plants to attract birds and Butterflies, and
more in that old tob fld. Tobacco not grown for almost 30 years now... One day
the field of thin top soil will return to a hardwood forest of mostly popular,
sweet gum and walnut. While I can I will keep some mixed height wildlife
plants, adding new seed, almost yearly
