I don't have a photo, but it seems it would register on an astrophoto or
degrade it. At a MM Party a couple years ago, when trying to find M74, a
'helpful' laser pointer pointed it out for me as I scanned the area at low
power. I don't know who or how far away from me he was, but I called out and
it stopped.
