My Fuji Xerox C2100 has an option to skip blank pages. I just
checked it, and if a page has a header and footer, it prints.
That suggests that your problem is elsewhere.

Next time I try, I'll look in detail at the page numbers. At the moment, I just

I cut down forests as a last resort.
