Brian,
I'd forgotten too, but finally remembered that it is a style and section
thing.

Insert  / Break
Section break with odd page.

This may or may not give you the nice last even page to the preceding
section.  I don't remember that bit.
I preferred to have a page with the usual header, footer, page number and
no content, rather than a totally blank sheet of paper.
As for This is an Intentionally Blank Page  - don't get me started.

Hi folks,

I've somehow forgotten, if I ever knew, how to ensure that a particular
page in a double-sided print in Word and .pdf is always going to be
odd-numbered, even if the preceding page is also to be odd-numbered.
Example: I want the Title page, the Executive summary, the first page of
the TOC, the first page of Chapter 1 ... to be odd-numbered.

I don't want to have to go through 12,000 pages inserting blank pages.

Help, please.
