Save as RTF works OK, particularly if you have the same styles set up in
both environments.
 
You can also save as .txt and then go through and reapply styles etc but
this can be tedious.
 
You can also use a product called Mif2Go. There is a free unlimited demo
version available at:  <http://www.omsys.com/dcl/download.htm>
http://www.omsys.com/dcl/download.htm and this will allow you to output from
FrameMaker to multiple formats.
