Try saving your Framemaker document as a PDF, then use Solid Converter
PDF to Word to create your Word doc. Tables can be problematic,
depending on how they were created in Frame (separate cells or
returns?).

 

I can't remember how much it costs or where we got it, but it has worked
for us reasonably well.
