Well, please pardon my pessimism, but my expectations are attached.

The only fault I can find with this :-) is that the saucer should really
be labeled "JSC".  (Maybe the tank body would be "MSFC" and the nosecap is
"Michoud".)

The pessimism, I fear I share.  "The Guard dies, but it never surrenders."
Ultimately, the way to get results is not to reform NASA, but to make it
irrelevant.  (Don't forget to add the Tardis with a FedEx logo delivering
the captain's mail. :-) )  However, that will take a while.
