Thanks for expanding my vocabulary!  Certainly agree space pork in
general is bipartisan; it's just that in the case of Orion/SLS, Trump
would have to cross more Republican senators and reps than Democratic. 
I think his admin is likely to favor porkectomies that hit Democrats
more than Republicans, particularly given how weak the Dems are.
