Not at all. The valves could be generally identical aluminum or
stainless with ptfe seats and seals (except that the peroxide one
couldn't have any brazing and more alloys are LOX compatible than
peroxide compatible) but the process for passivating and conditioning
the valve for peroxide service is more complex, hazardous, and
expensive than the process of cleaning the other valve for oxygen
service.
