[argyllcms] V1.1.0 cctiff crashes on 16-bit images (Windows Vista 32b)

When I do device link conversion like
cctiff -v Link.icm Test.tif Test_p.tif
the program crashes after
...
Output TIFF file 'Test_p.tif'
TIFF file colorspace is RGB
TIFF file photometric is RGB
Using CLUT resolution 52
without any messages. I've see only the Windows message about cctiff crash.
If I change v1.1.0 cctiff by its 1.1.0_RC4 version, it's all right.
