Hmm. I don't pay any regard to this I'm afraid. So perhaps the
encoding should be restricted to ICC type, except that it's not
so widely supported. (And I'm not sure that even Photoshop
pays attention to the D65 white point encoding in TIFF
CIELab, I think it just takes the Lab numbers in as-is!)
