Lester,
Try pressing [enter] to highlight
the text if it's just text on a page. If the URL
is in the URL box at the top of the page then:
1. Press G
2. Press CTRL-C
3. Press ESC
4. Activate the cursor in a text entry box and
Press CTRL-V
