[arachne] Arachne Homepage - NOT accessible from Australia ???

Arachne at FreeLists---The Arachne Fan Club!
Hi folks,
I am finding, more and more often, that I cannot access the Arachne
homepages hosted at cisnet.com.
It seems that this is because I am in Australia. Arachne users in
the USA and Canada have no problem, and by using a USA-located proxy, I
can get there, too. Even my own ISP cannot access the website at the
moment !
To confirm (or refute) that Oz is being blocked, I would ask that
all Australian-based Arachne users try to go to:
http://www.cisnet.com/glennmcc/
and report the results back to this list.
It might also be a good idea for all Arachne users who live outside
the USA/Canada to just check if they can get there, or if there are
times when they are blocked as well.
From my point of view, blocking Australians (and perhaps even other
nationalities) from accessing Arachne and updates is NOT acceptable !
And if it cannot be corrected, then either Arachne's homepage be moved to,
or be mirrored at, a domain that does not block access.
