Hey Janet, It can be so frustrating when your use to running with no problems and on our other machine we could all ways figure it out. Didn't have a clue on these Amayas. I haven't had to replace any rollers yet, which suprises me because we've probably ran 70Dz hats and no tellin how many flats on these and we've had them about 2 1/2 to 3 mo. What happens when they go out?
