Hey Janet,

Welcome to the world of new technology.  We also have been in business for a
while, decided to upgrade our equipment.  There is a serious learning curve
with these amayas.  You really have to unlearn what use to work and learn
these machines.  We were ready to pull our hair out and Melco sent a Tech
and he spent 2 days with us.  We have been up and running every since with
know problems.  Just did 125 shirts with no ruins and no thread breaks.

I'm not new to embroidery. I've been doing this for 12 years and have
operated all types of machines.I'm just glad we still have 2 single head
Barudan. Has anyone else been having problems?
