[amayausers] machine problems

I was just curious to know if anyone else has had machine problems. We bought 2
machines in Oct.,a new one and a refurbished one. The refurbished one has never
sewn as well as the new one. We've replaced the hook on it twice. I did the
upgrade on the software for Design Shop and the Amaya and have had nothing but
nightmares. The new machine started having Z axis errors and then hook
problems. We've replaced the hook on it and it still will not sew properly. So
now both machines are down and a tech will be here tomorrow. I had to finally
do a restore to the point before the upgrade was installed because of all the
problems. What makes it so frustrating is that I'm not new to embroidery. I've
been doing this for 12 years and have operated all types of machines.I'm just
glad we still have 2 single head Barudan. Has anyone else been having problems?
