After you select the elements in the project tree, "RIGHT CLICK" on the
subtract element icon.
This will bring up a separate screen that will allow you to input whatever
"over lap" you desire when the stitches are removed...then left click on the
icon and the computor does it's magic....did not see this mentioned yet....
