Seriously John
Sew a sample on black and hoop a piece of thin tearaway as a topping.
When the fill sections sew stop and tear it away before the edging goes down.
It is amazing how much that helps hide the
shirt show through. It doesn't work on everything
but I've found the extra time it takes is less
than the extra sew time from lower densities
used to get the coverage.

Just my 2 cents.

Hi Jeff:

Original is at:

http://www.levelbestembroidery.com/customers/files/72749LEV.dst

Graphic representation is at:

http://www.levelbestembroidery.com/customers/files/72749LEV.jpg

Like I mentioned, we need it at least 15% smaller. (I might have said 20
previously but 15% I think works better).

We are sewing this out on a black Nike Polo and the color order in the
design sequence at the bottom is as follows....

1) Light Grey
2) White
3) Light Grey
4) Black
5) Black

Thanks for looking at this ;) I realize getting white and light grey to
cover black is difficult, but there must be a way.

Sometimes I get very frustrated. I do design work for a living, and when I
can't make something look in sewing like it looks on paper, it drives me
batty. Sometimes I think I am too much of a perfectionist.

Hi John,

I have been reducing it more thinking the one you uploaded was the
original. :)

I would like to see the original as well, and ask the colors being used? Shirt, and design colors?

Jeff

Hey Jeff:

Yep. It looks pretty good there. The fill is better (not perfect) but better, and the lines are better defined. Probably should have uploaded the original as well.

John,

Question, does it look right before reducing the size 20%?

Hey All:

That design I sent still is sewing poorly. I am at a loss. I don't know how to improve it. Is there anyone that can look at it or even might be able to do it from scratch? I am willing to pay for the digitizing or help.
I have an order that needs to go out and I just can't get this thing to sew out up to my standards.
