As far as applying it, do you have a heat press? Essentially, you mirror the
design, cut the vinyl out, weed away the surrounding vinyl and press it to the
shirt :)
What is DRAWings and how did you create the cut disc?

I can tell you how to make stickers. Pretty easy - and get a catalog from
http://www.fellers.com for their ShineRite vinyl. Works like a charm. Sign
supplies as well from them. They also have a book on mastering vinyl graphics.
