Thanks to all who have been trying to help - currently at a stage that it is
sewing pretty well (have to keep the fingers and toes crossed). The final
result, 1 layer fusible poly mesh, 1 layer tearaway, (had already been using
solvy), presser foot up 1 notch. Initially, I had it 3 notches up, then
moved it all the way down (both had their own set of problems). Some days
don't seem to work....
