I don't know if you know this or not,
sorry if you did I mean no offense.
but, when you restart the machine
and the design reloads, you don't use the move
keys and go to the xy coordinates that you had written down at the
time of lock up, but do write down the stitch number its at.
then you go to the "Tools" drop down and choose "Move to last origin"
and it will move to where you started the last design- NOT the
spot where it shut down, the place where you were at when you pushed the
start button for the first time.
at that point go to the settings drop down and then the move tab
and enter the stitch count you wrote down into the "move to stitch number"
box, then you can back up any needed stitches and should be ready to go!
