I read this and believe that it does not relate to the resale of designs, whatsoever! The word resale is never mentioned and in fact, Action Tapes (Great Notions), lost this particular lawsuit on the basis that it did not apply for copyright BEFORE they commenced their lawsuit. That is ALL this ruling applies too.
