Glenn, when I had trouble getting a tech out, I talked to my sales rep and
she took care of it. If that doesn't work, I have the name of someone with
Melco HQ that I can direct you to. Just let me know if you need his contact
info.

I had a lot of headaches when I first started (I don't have an XT, just a
regular AMAYA), so I know how frustrating and scary that feels. But it does
get better as you get experience/practice. Also, each machine seems to have
its own personality so you have to figure out what works best for yours.
Again frustrating, but worth it.

Have you had any training specifically for the XT? I had onsite training
for 2 days and then went to a 2 day mini training session that was held near
me a few months later. Both training and practice can really help.

Best of luck to you,
Sandra Walker
