So I just finished sewing my 217k car logo and it only took 4 hours with 0
thread breaks running at 1000 SPM. I ran this design about a year ago
before the new rollers and auto acti-feed feature at 1200 spm and it would
average 5-6 thread breaks and take over 5 hours. I thought it was
interesting how I can sew it slower yet having no thread breaks makes it go
faster.
I just put the 2nd one on so we will see if we can get through another w/o
any breaks.
It does take 5 or 6 bobbin replacement :)
