It should not technically matter so long as the soundcard works OK. Usual
practice might be to have JAWS + Windows sounds through the onboard and then
anything else go through the other soundcard on the basis you want to keep JAWS
speech away from the other sound channel. JAWS version 10 and above will let
you freely specify which soundcard you go through with JAWS.
