I miscalculated with upgrade prices if you are purchasing JAWS standard 9 to 12
it would be £297.
Regarding the e-shop this should not happen, I have tested this here and not
been able to replicate the issue you have. Is there any possibility that you
were browsing the Esys 80 display and could conceivably added it to the cart.
If not I will forward this on for investigation.

It would appear that Tristram's quoted upgrade price from JFW 9 to 12 of
£330 is in correct. Having been to the S&S website, I seem to have seen the
cost to be £297. It's a pretty poor website, always has been in my opinion,
and a bit misleading. I put the upgrade from 9 to 12 in my basket, and got
the following:

So why that thing about Adjust quantitys for Esys 80 Braille Display shows
up in my basket makes no sense to me.
Just an example of how specialist websites seem to care less than more about
the people they are there to serve.
I hate being had over a barrel. There are good people at S&S, but not a good
company in my opinion.
