I'm not sure if anyone would be intrested if they had to pay £535 to upgrade to
V12 and have the licence transferred over to them on top of however much I
would sell it for.
It would depend on whether it would work out cheaper for someone to buy V8 off
me and then upgrade to V12 rather than buying V12 from scratch. Also, some
people may just want an older version to use for basic tasks.

Could you just sell the version you have and tell the buyer that they will
have to pay the upgrade cost to register it in their name?
