Audrey,

I often find that the ISP still have messages on their server when
there's been one with a virus because it's been large and so the
download hasn't ended properly.  I don't think it's necessarily so that
Norton hasn't got rid of it.

Hello Graham,

Yes, Norton does this, I used to use it and found the same thing, it
doesn't seem to get rid of the virus for a while and in the mean time
you are getting all your messages again and again.
