[access-uk] How do I leave the list?

Hi, Folks,
I will shortly be getting a new computer, and for this reason wish to 
unsubscribe for a wee while.

Usually at the foot of other lists there is a link to show you how to 
unsubscribe. Can't find one this time.

Could the moderator please let me know how to do this please?
