Hi Jeff

You will probably have to go with the latest version. I'm stuck in the last decade, using 2003, but I will upgrade when I need to format my PC next. At
the moment, I just can't be bothered, 2003 does everything I need.

Kind Regards,

Jackie Cairns

thanks Steve if you and Jackie both agree I am sure that is right.
Is there any particular build of outlook you think is best?

Hi,

Yes, Outlook is just as easy. Stick to Windows 7 and get Microsoft
Outlook.

All the best

I hate Windows 7 largely because I can't use Outlook Express which I
find easy and logical.

Eudora and Thunderbird seem to behave bizarrely on my machine.

If I go back to XP what is the downside?

Also any other email programmes which work as easily as Outlook
Express out there?

Jeff
