[access-uk] Re: UK VAT reclaim form for items purchased for the blind

Hello,

Good to see another early riser on the list 'smile'. It was getting lonely on
here all by myself 'grin'.

I can of course ask the company again, but this is not as easy as it sounds due
to the somewhat bureaucratic nature of the way things are set up. I've also
mislaid the form (although I know which drawer it should be in) so I can't scan
it in right now. I thought this sort of thing would have a generic form rather
than having a specific form allocated to each possible company selling eligible
products, a bit like the R85 is generic. Hence my asking about the link.

Thanks anyway.
