Hi Jackie,

I don't think it is mountable, we have it on the side by the boiler.

All the best

Steve

Hi Steve

What I actually want is to be able to press the buttons on the
thermostat and have the degrees announced so that I know when the
heating will kick in. At the moment, I have to count with every button
press, but it cycles, so you don't always know where you are with that.
My energy supplier is coming out to see what they can offer, but it
isn't so much bump-ons or a distinction of controls I'm after. I need
that thermostat to talk, and I can only think of the Cobolt job being
wired in some way to do that.

As a matter of interest, is the Cobolt timer wall-mountable?

Any suggestions gratefully received.

Jackie

Hi John,

Not as far as I know, but my dad wired up one of those Talking Cobolt
timers to our central heating outlet, and it works a treat. Handy when
your dad's an electrician <Smile>.

All the best

Steve

As in the subject line, does anyone know if such a divice is available,
and if so, where from?

Many thanks.

John.
