Hi Pele
A friend of mine has a Plus, and he asked BWBF if it was possible to change
it back to Graham, so I did likewise as I am not that fussed on Heather. It
is apparently optional now, but you have to ask BWBF to do it for you. I
understand the thinking behind using Heather as the default is the way she
has better pronunciation of some words, but I was used to Graham, so asked
for him to come back!

I am intrigued about the voice on your Sonata Plus.
I think ours used to be Graham but after an update it changed to Acapela
Heather, who is American. Did yours change and you changed it back or
did you miss an update?
