I wouldn't call it a steep learning curve. I'd call it a rather mild one. Long since have I given up relying on memory for keystrokes so trust me, if I can do it then it must be pretty OK. <smile>

Barbra, you have to learn how to use the box by key presses to some extent if you use sky plus, you can also use a mobile phone to programme sky plus 
box, and your alication of ten recording requests per day via sky.com
But essentially, unless you are prepared for a fairly steep learning curv, 
no there is no talking EPG  or anything like that.
Some members of this list have written guides on how to use sky plus in its current configaration, these are comprehensive and worth a read. Though sky 
plus is not accessible in the entire sense yet.
