It's definitely system access to go that I have on my PC.  I couldn't change 
the synthesizer, but I could change the voice.  I didn't check to see if I 
could change the rate or pitch.

Are youtalking about System access, or system access to go.  I have a demo
of system access on this machine and, yes, you can use any sapi5 or sapi4
synthasiser
