[access-uk] Pasting web addresses in to emails

Hi all -

Had a crash problem that lost my saved emails, so sorry, but need to ask again 
how to do two things when on a web page:

1. How do I highlight the address of a webpage and cut it, to make it active in 
an email?

2. How do I copy a link from a web page so that it will be active in an email?
