Hi Vanja,
I suspect that this reading of, new programs installed means that
this item is uppermost on your menu list directly on the start menu. For
instance, mine says New Office Document. If you arrow up around the
cycle, does Jaws read it again? I've never seen such a menu item, but I
suspect this is what you have. Make sure your menu is set to Classic
mode also.
