Steve, As a matter of interest, do you sell this Si Recognizer? if so, at what price? searched on your site to find this info but got a no match found.

It is certainly possible that it would read computer screens. SiRecognizer does, http://www.itex.info. Though it is not on a phone yet, we do have it 
on ultra mobile PCs.
