 Andrew,

I shouldn't do that if I'm correct, it's a phone scam that when you pick up
the phone, somehow or another the charge for the call is transferred to your
account and they profit from your involvement.

Obviously, by you holding the line open, it's making them more and more, at
your expense. Not exactly sure of the ins and outs of how this scam works,
but I wouldn't do what you are planning.
